Off page SEO - how many people are linking to your site? How many authoratative links do you have and where do you obtain them?

The third aspect is quality content - content is king in Google, Yahoo and MSN. If your content is poor and lacks relevance to your keywords, that's a lot of wasted time, effort and money.
